Hi Rockets:

This is my first year at RMS-CES and I am very excited to join the wonderful learning community here in Rockford. I will be teaching eighth grade Global Studies. I received my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in History Education from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. I am looking forward to a fun filled year as we explore places and cultures from around the world.

In eighth grade, students will engage in current events from around the globe, analyze and draw conclusions from appropriate sources of information, and practice communicating ideas and information through various methods.
